3DE in Warsaw is looking for a person who would be responsible for Ftrack Development and R&D of new Ftrack tools needed for every day VFX productions which we do.



  • Develop Ftrack solutions.

  • Debug existing tools created by our team of Ftrack Developers.

  • Work with other Ftrack developers to help them solve requests put out by artists.

  • Report bugs to the Ftrack team.

  • Stay up to date with latest research in the field

  • Implement documentation and Ftrack instructions for new coming artists.

  • Research new solutions to problems.

  • Work with two of our Ftrack servers, Development and Production ones.



  • Impeccable programming skills in Python.

  • Impeccable knowledge of Ftrack.

  • A solid foundation in mathematics, especially calculus and linear algebra

  • A solid foundation and interest in computer graphics and VFX.

  • Eargerness to research things which would be of other matter but still useful to our field like for e.g. Machine and Deep learning.

  • Plus for the role - degree in Math, Physics or Computer Science

  • Plus for the role - experience with the Autodesk Maya API and Houdini API
